Meet the Founder
Emily Brown, MS, CNS, LN

Founder of Bridge Health | Clinical Nutritionist | Health Strategist | Former Journalist
I’m Emily Brown, a clinical nutritionist and wellness consultant helping individuals and healthcare organizations build sustainable health strategies rooted in evidence, empathy, and lived experience.
At Bridge Health (Bridge Integrative Health and Nutrition LLC), I work with high-performing professionals, teams, and individuals navigating autoimmune conditions, burnout, chronic illness, and invisible challenges — many of whom are suffering silently. My approach blends functional nutrition, behavioral science, and personalized coaching to help clients reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and redefine what wellness looks like for them.
Why This Work Matters to Me
My path to wellness was born from a moment of crisis. In 2008, during what was supposed to be a routine pregnancy check-up, I was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia and underwent an emergency C-section at just 29 weeks. In the months that followed, I developed a cluster of unexplained symptoms — memory loss, extreme fatigue, depression, bloating, dry skin, and brain fog.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, followed by additional autoimmune-related conditions, including vitiligo. The emotional, mental, and physical toll was real — and lasting.
But so was the transformation.
Through years of study, lived experience, and clinical training, I learned how foundational nutrition, movement, and mindset are — even in the presence of disease or burnout. Today, I use what I’ve learned to help others navigate similar journeys with more clarity, compassion, and support than I had when I started.
